SETUP REQUIREMENTS

• Tables and chairs must be placed on a flat, stable, and approved surface
• Clear access is required for delivery and pickup
• Outdoor areas must be free of standing water, mud, sharp objects, and other hazards
• Customer placement is required unless setup and breakdown service is added
• Final table style must be selected when booking

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Linens, decorations, place settings, setup, and breakdown are not included unless specifically listed in the reservation
• Seating capacity may vary based on chair placement, place settings, and event layout
• Equipment must be returned in the same general condition in which it was delivered
• Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, misuse, or damage
