SETUP REQUIREMENTS
• A flat, clear, and approved setup area is required
• Additional space is required around the canopy for stakes, weights, and safe access
• Setup surface and anchoring method must be approved in advance
• Grass is preferred when ground stakes are permitted
• Setup on concrete or pavement may be available with approved weighted anchors
• Setup area must be free of low branches, overhead wires, underground hazards, sprinklers, obstacles, and restricted access
• The canopy may not be moved, adjusted, or unanchored after setup
WEATHER AND SAFETY
• This canopy is intended primarily for shade and light-weather use
• It is not a permanent structure and does not guarantee protection from rain, wind, lightning, or severe weather
• The canopy may not be used during lightning, unsafe wind conditions, severe weather, or other conditions determined to be unsafe
• Guests must not hang decorations, lights, signs, or other items from the canopy without prior approval
• Guests may not climb on, pull, move, or tamper with the canopy, frame, stakes, or weights
• Sidewalls are not included unless specifically listed in the reservation
• Customers and guests must follow all setup and safety instructions provided at delivery
