Delivery availability depends on the event address, equipment selected, order size, access conditions, rental date, and delivery-route availability.

Free Delivery Within 15 Miles

Standard delivery is free for approved rental orders located within 15 driving miles of our Oviedo, Florida service location.

Distance is determined using the complete event delivery address and the normal driving route shown by our mapping system. It is not based on straight-line distance, ZIP code, city limits, or county boundaries.

Free standard delivery does not include additional charges that may apply for:

• Parks or public venues
• Paid parking or entrance fees
• Stairs or elevators
• Long carrying distances
• Difficult or restricted access
• Additional labor
• Special delivery or pickup times
• Generators
• Permits or insurance documentation
• Damage, cleaning, late pickup, or missing equipment

$25 Delivery Fee Outside the Free-Delivery Area

Approved delivery addresses located more than 15 driving miles from our Oviedo service location are subject to a flat $25 delivery fee.

The fee helps offset rising fuel and transportation costs, staff travel time, commercial vehicle use, vehicle maintenance and wear, route planning, and the additional travel required for delivery, setup, and pickup.

The $25 delivery fee applies only when Bash & Splash FL approves the delivery. A city or county being listed on this page does not guarantee that every address, order, or rental item can be accommodated.

Manual Delivery-Fee Review

Our online checkout may not automatically calculate the delivery fee based on mileage.

After an order is placed, Bash & Splash FL will review the complete event delivery address and calculate the normal driving distance from our Oviedo service location.

If the event address is more than 15 driving miles away, the applicable $25 delivery fee will be added to the order and included in the final remaining balance.

The customer will receive an updated order total, invoice, or payment request showing the additional delivery charge.

The updated balance, including any applicable delivery fee, must be paid in full before delivery or setup.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the amount initially shown during checkout may be adjusted after the delivery address and access conditions are reviewed.

If Bash & Splash FL cannot accommodate the delivery because of distance, scheduling, equipment availability, order size, access conditions, or other operational limitations, we will contact the customer before delivery.

The standard $25 outside-area delivery fee does not guarantee that all distant addresses can be served.

Bash & Splash FL may decline a delivery when the distance, route, timing, order size, staffing needs, or access conditions cannot be safely or reasonably accommodated.

Customers planning an event a significant distance from Oviedo should contact us before completing a reservation.

Park and Public-Venue Deliveries

We may deliver to parks, schools, churches, community centers, clubhouses, event venues, and other public or private facilities with advance approval.

The customer is responsible for confirming and obtaining all required:

• Park or venue reservations
• Permits
• Insurance certificates
• Vendor approvals
• Approved setup and pickup times
• Parking or entrance passes
• Generator arrangements
• Electrical access
• Water access
• Equipment approvals
• Surface approvals

The customer must provide Bash & Splash FL with complete venue instructions before delivery.

Generators may be required when a dedicated electrical outlet is unavailable or when a venue does not permit vendors to use its electricity.

Parking charges, entrance fees, permits, generators, special insurance requirements, and other venue-related expenses are not included in free or standard delivery unless specifically stated.

Failure to obtain a required permit, reservation, approval, or insurance document does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Gates and Delivery Access

Customers must provide a clear and safe route from the delivery vehicle to the setup location.

Before booking, please notify us about:

• Narrow gates or pathways
• Fences
• Stairs
• Elevators
• Steep slopes
• Gravel, sand, mud, or uneven terrain
• Long distances from the delivery vehicle
• Restricted parking
• Loading docks
• Locked or controlled entrances
• Limited vehicle access
• Multiple buildings or access points

Some inflatables require a gate or pathway at least four feet wide. Larger equipment may require additional clearance.

Customers should review the access requirements on each product page and contact us when they are unsure whether equipment will fit through the available route.

Stairs, Elevators, Long Carries, and Difficult Access

Additional access or labor fees may apply when equipment must be transported:

• Up or down stairs
• Through an elevator
• Across steep or uneven terrain
• Through multiple buildings or gates
• Across sand, gravel, mud, or soft ground
• A long distance from the delivery vehicle
• Through an area without nearby parking or loading access

Some inflatables and other large rental items cannot be safely transported over stairs, through elevators, or across difficult terrain.

All access conditions must be disclosed before delivery.

Bash & Splash FL may refuse delivery or setup when access conditions:

• Were not disclosed in advance
• Are unsafe
• Cannot accommodate the rented equipment
• Require labor or equipment that was not scheduled
• May create an unreasonable risk of injury or property damage

Any known difficult-access or additional-labor fee will be communicated before delivery whenever possible.

When an access condition is discovered after the order is placed, an additional charge may be added to the final remaining balance.

Setup-Area Requirements

The customer must provide a setup area that is:

• Large enough for the equipment and required safety clearance
• Flat and reasonably level
• Clear of debris and pet waste
• Free of rocks, holes, and sharp objects
• Free of low branches and overhead wires
• Accessible to the delivery team
• Located near safe electrical power and water when required

Grass is preferred for most inflatables. Setup on concrete or asphalt may be available for certain equipment with advance approval.

Customers must identify sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, septic systems, drain fields, invisible fences, landscape lighting, underground utilities, and other hidden hazards before setup.

Confirming Your Delivery Address

To confirm delivery availability:

1. Enter the complete event delivery address during checkout.
2. Provide accurate information about parks, gates, stairs, elevators, parking, long carries, and difficult access.
3. Contact Bash & Splash FL before booking when the location or access conditions are unusual.
4. Review any updated order total, invoice, or payment request sent after the address is reviewed.
5. Pay the full remaining balance, including any applicable delivery or access charges, before delivery or setup.

The amount initially displayed during checkout may not include the $25 outside-area delivery fee.

A reservation and delivery are not fully confirmed until:

• The required reservation deposit has been received
• Bash & Splash FL has reviewed and accepted the order
• The delivery address has been approved
• Any applicable delivery or access charges have been added
• The required remaining balance has been paid by the applicable deadline
• The required waiver/rental agreement has been completed
