Preparation Checklist
Review these important steps before delivery to help ensure a smooth setup and safe event. Please make sure your setup area is clean, accessible, free of obstacles, and ready for installation before our arrival.
Setup Area
Please make sure the setup area is clean, level, and clear before we arrive.
- Remove sticks, rocks, toys, decorations, furniture, pet waste, and sharp objects.
- Make sure the area is not muddy, flooded, or covered with standing water.
- Avoid setup areas near electrical wires, low tree branches, fences, sharp landscaping, or other obstructions.
- Grass setup is preferred for inflatables when possible.
Space Requirements
Please allow extra space around the rental for safe setup and use.
- Leave clearance on all sides of the inflatable.
- Make sure there is enough height clearance above the unit.
- Confirm the rental will fit before booking.
- Contact us if you are unsure about space requirements.
Power Requirements
Inflatables require access to a standard power outlet.
- A standard outlet should be available within 100 feet of the setup area.
- The outlet should not be overloaded with other large equipment.
- Generators may be needed for parks or areas without power.
Delivery Access
Please make sure we can access the setup area safely.
- An adult 18+ must be present at delivery and pickup.
- Provide a clear path to the setup area.
- Let us know ahead of time about stairs, gates, hills, tight spaces, elevators, or long walking distances.
- Please secure pets before delivery and pickup.
Weather & Safety
For safety, rentals should not be used during unsafe weather.
- Do not use inflatables during high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or severe weather.
- If unsafe weather occurs, stop use immediately.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Follow all safety rules provided with your rental.
Tables, Chairs & Party Extras
For tables, chairs, concessions, backyard games, and balloon arches, please make sure the setup area is accessible and ready before delivery.
