Preparation Checklist

Please make sure the setup area is clean, level, and clear before we arrive.

• Remove sticks, rocks, toys, decorations, furniture, pet waste, and sharp objects.
• Make sure the area is not muddy, flooded, or covered with standing water.
• Avoid setup areas near electrical wires, low tree branches, fences, sharp landscaping, or other obstructions.
• Grass setup is preferred for inflatables when possible.
• Identify sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, septic systems, drain fields, invisible fences, landscape lighting, underground utilities, and other hidden hazards before setup.

Please allow enough space around the rental for proper setup and use.

• Leave adequate clearance on all sides of the inflatable.
• Make sure there is enough height clearance above the unit.
• Review the dimensions and recommended setup area listed on the product page.
• Confirm that the rental will fit before booking.
• Contact us if you are unsure about space requirements.

Inflatables require access to suitable electricity, while water slides also require access to water.

• A dedicated 110-volt outlet should be available within 100 feet of the setup area.
• The outlet should not be shared with refrigerators, air conditioners, pool equipment, or other high-power devices.
• Water slides require a working outdoor water source and a hose long enough to reach the setup area.
• Electricity and water must remain available while the equipment is in use.
• Generators may be required for parks or locations without suitable power.

Please make sure our delivery team can safely access the setup area.

• An adult 18 or older must be present for delivery and pickup unless another arrangement has been approved.
• Provide a clear path from the delivery vehicle to the setup area.
• Let us know in advance about narrow gates, stairs, elevators, hills, slopes, gravel, uneven terrain, long walking distances, restricted parking, or limited vehicle access.
• Some equipment may require a gate or pathway at least four feet wide.
• Please secure pets before delivery and pickup.
• Additional access or labor fees may apply for difficult conditions that were not disclosed before delivery.

Rental equipment must not be used during unsafe weather conditions.

• Do not use inflatables during high winds, lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, flooding, or severe weather.
• If unsafe weather develops, stop use immediately and have all participants exit the equipment.
• A responsible adult must supervise rental equipment at all times.
• Follow all posted safety instructions, rider limits, equipment rules, and directions provided by Bash & Splash FL.

Please make sure the setup and delivery area is accessible and ready for tables, chairs, concession machines, backyard games, tents, generators, and other event add-ons.

• Tables and chairs should be placed on stable, reasonably level surfaces.
• Concession machines require suitable electricity and must be operated by a responsible adult.
• Tents and canopies require adequate space, suitable anchoring conditions, and clearance from branches, wires, buildings, and other obstructions.
• Generators must remain outdoors in a dry, well-ventilated location.
• Review each product page for additional setup, power, access, and safety requirements.
