CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
• One dedicated 110V electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area
• A working outdoor water source
• A customer-provided hose long enough to reach the inflatable
• A clear, flat, reasonably level, and approved setup area
• Clear access from the delivery vehicle to the setup location
• Adult supervision throughout the entire rental
The inflatable may not be operated during lightning, severe weather, or unsafe wind conditions. Shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, silly string, face paint, rough play, and climbing on the inflatable walls or safety netting are prohibited.
Standard delivery is included for approved orders within 15 driving miles of our Oviedo service location. Additional delivery charges may apply outside the free-delivery area. See our Service Area & Delivery page for current details.
