Frequently Asked Questions
Planning an event should be exciting, not confusing. Below are answers to common questions about reservations, delivery, setup, payments, weather, and rental equipment from Bash & Splash FL.
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, school events, and popular inflatable rentals.
Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A rental is not guaranteed until the required reservation deposit has been successfully received.
How do I reserve rental equipment?
Choose your event dates, select the products you would like to rent, enter the required event and delivery information, and complete the online checkout process.
A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required at checkout to reserve the selected equipment and event date.
After booking, you must complete the required waiver/rental agreement using your Booqable order number.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5:00 PM local time on the day before the scheduled rental date and, in all cases, before delivery or setup—whichever occurs first.
Orders with unpaid balances may be canceled, and the reservation deposit may be forfeited.
Is the reservation deposit refundable?
No. The 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Customer cancellations made at least seven calendar days before the scheduled rental date may be eligible to have the deposit applied as a credit toward a future available date.
Credit approval is at the discretion of Bash & Splash FL and is subject to equipment and date availability.
Cancellations made fewer than seven calendar days before the rental date will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Customer safety is our priority.
Bash & Splash FL may delay, stop, cancel, or reschedule a rental because of:
- High winds or unsafe wind gusts
- Lightning or thunderstorms
- Heavy rain
- Flooding or saturated ground
- Severe-weather alerts
- Other conditions that prevent safe setup or operation
When unsafe weather prevents setup or safe use, we may offer a new rental date based on equipment availability.
Customer-requested weather cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to approval.
Refunds are not guaranteed once equipment has been delivered or setup has begun.
How long is the rental period?
The rental period begins and ends at the times shown in your order or confirmed by Bash & Splash FL.
Delivery and pickup times may be provided as scheduling windows rather than exact appointment times.
Depending on inflatable availability, delivery routes, and weekend scheduling, some weekend inflatable rentals may be delivered as early as Friday and picked up as late as Sunday.
Early delivery or later pickup does not change the agreed rental price unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer free delivery?
Standard delivery is free for approved rental orders located within 15 driving miles of our Oviedo, Florida service location.
Distance is determined using the complete event address and the normal driving route. It is not based on ZIP code, city limits, county boundaries, or straight-line distance.
Additional charges may still apply for parks, parking fees, stairs, elevators, long carries, generators, difficult access, additional labor, or special delivery arrangements.
What is the delivery fee outside the 15-mile area?
Approved delivery addresses located more than 15 driving miles from our Oviedo service location are subject to a flat $25 delivery fee.
The fee helps offset rising fuel and transportation costs, staff travel time, vehicle use, maintenance, and the additional travel required for delivery, setup, and pickup.
Will the delivery fee appear automatically during checkout?
The online checkout may not automatically calculate the delivery fee based on mileage.
After an order is placed, Bash & Splash FL will review the event delivery address. When the address is outside the 15-mile free-delivery area, the $25 delivery fee will be added to the order and included in the final remaining balance.
The customer will receive an updated order total, invoice, or payment request.
All delivery charges must be paid before delivery or setup.
What areas do you serve?
We may provide rental delivery to approved addresses in:
- Seminole County
- Orange County
- Brevard County
- Volusia County
- Lake County
Being located in one of these counties does not guarantee delivery. Availability depends on the event address, travel distance, order size, equipment selected, staffing, delivery route, event schedule, and safe access.
Please review our Service Area & Delivery page for more information.
Do you deliver to parks and public venues?
We may deliver to parks, schools, churches, community centers, clubhouses, and other public or private venues with advance approval.
The customer is responsible for confirming and obtaining any required:
- Venue reservation
- Permit
- Insurance certificate
- Vendor approval
- Parking or entrance pass
- Generator
- Electrical or water access
- Approved setup and pickup times
- Surface approval
The customer must provide complete venue instructions before delivery.
Failure to obtain required approval does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.
Do I need electricity?
Many inflatables and concession machines require electricity.
Each product page lists its specific power requirements. Many inflatables require a dedicated 110-volt electrical outlet within approximately 100 feet of the setup location.
The outlet should not share a circuit with refrigerators, air-conditioning units, pool equipment, or other high-power devices.
Contact us before booking when suitable electrical power is unavailable.
Do I need to provide water for a water slide?
Yes. The customer must provide a working outdoor water source and a hose capable of reaching the setup location.
Water service must remain available throughout the rental period when the equipment is being used wet.
Water usage and utility costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Are generators available?
Generator availability may vary.
A generator may be required for parks, venues without accessible electricity, or locations where the available electrical service is unsuitable.
Contact us before booking when you believe a generator will be needed.
Generator rental, fuel, delivery, and venue-related charges are not included unless specifically stated in the order.
What type of surface is required for an inflatable?
A flat, reasonably level grass surface is preferred for most inflatables.
Setup on concrete or asphalt may be available for certain equipment with advance approval.
The setup area must be:
- Large enough for the equipment and required safety clearance
- Clear of debris and pet waste
- Free of rocks, holes, and sharp objects
- Free of low branches and overhead wires
- Accessible to the delivery team
The customer must identify sprinkler heads, irrigation systems, septic systems, drain fields, invisible fences, landscape lighting, and underground utilities before setup.
How much access space is required?
Access requirements vary by rental item.
Some inflatables require a gate or pathway at least four feet wide. Larger equipment may require additional clearance.
Before booking, notify us about:
- Narrow gates
- Fences
- Stairs
- Elevators
- Slopes
- Gravel or uneven terrain
- Long carrying distances
- Restricted parking
- Locked entrances
- Limited vehicle access
Additional access or labor fees may apply. Some equipment cannot be safely transported over stairs, through elevators, or across difficult terrain.
Does an adult need to supervise the equipment?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise all rental equipment at all times while it is available for use.
The customer is responsible for monitoring participants, enforcing safety rules, and ensuring that posted instructions and equipment limits are followed.
Children must never be left unattended on or near inflatables, water slides, concession machines, tables, chairs, games, or other rental equipment.
Can we move the inflatable after setup?
No.
Customers may not move, relocate, reposition, alter, deflate, disconnect, unplug, or tamper with rental equipment after setup without authorization from Bash & Splash FL.
Unauthorized movement may damage the equipment, anchoring system, electrical connections, surrounding property, or underground utilities.
Are the rentals cleaned before delivery?
Rental equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.
Customers must help keep equipment clean and follow all provided rules during the rental.
Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive dirt, mud, pet waste, food, beverages, gum, face paint, glitter, confetti, silly string, smoke, stains, or other prohibited substances.
What items are prohibited on inflatables?
Unless specifically permitted, the following are prohibited on or near inflatables:

What happens if rental equipment is damaged?
Customers are responsible for rental equipment from delivery until pickup.
Cleaning, repair, replacement, recovery, or missing-item charges may apply when equipment is damaged, lost, excessively dirty, moved without authorization, or used improperly.
Damage, malfunction, missing equipment, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.
Customers should not attempt to repair rental equipment themselves.
Can I use the HERO10 discount?
HERO10 is reserved for eligible first responders and military customers.
The discount may be limited to eligible inflatable rentals and generally does not apply to:
- Concession machines
- Starter supplies
- Backyard games
- Tables and chairs
- Party packages
- Delivery or setup charges
- Taxes or other fees
Valid eligibility documentation may be required after booking or before delivery.
When acceptable proof is not provided, the discount may be removed and the corrected balance must be paid before delivery or setup.
Is a waiver required?
