These policies provide important information about reservations with Bash & Splash FL. Customers must also review and accept the complete Terms and Conditions during checkout and sign the required waiver/rental agreement before delivery and setup.

Reservations and Payment

A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required at checkout to reserve the selected rental date and equipment.

Reservations are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been successfully received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5:00 PM local time on the day before the scheduled rental date.

Bash & Splash FL may cancel an order and retain the reservation deposit when:

• The remaining balance is not paid by the deadline
• The required waiver is not completed
• The customer refuses delivery
• The customer is unavailable for delivery or setup
• The provided setup area is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable
• The customer fails to comply with the rental terms

Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Customer cancellations made at least seven calendar days before the scheduled rental date may be eligible to have the deposit applied as a credit toward a future available rental date. Approval of a credit is at the discretion of Bash & Splash FL and is subject to equipment and date availability.

Customer cancellations made fewer than seven calendar days before the scheduled rental date will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Weather-related cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled under the Weather Policy below.

Weather Policy

Customer safety is our priority. Bash & Splash FL may cancel, delay, stop, or reschedule a rental because of:

• High winds or unsafe wind gusts
• Lightning or thunderstorms
• Heavy rain
• Flooding or saturated ground
• Severe-weather alerts
• Other conditions that prevent safe setup or operation

Weather decisions are made with safety as the priority.

When unsafe weather prevents setup or safe use, Bash & Splash FL may offer a new rental date based on equipment availability.

Customer-requested weather cancellations or rescheduling requests are subject to approval.

Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related conditions once equipment has been delivered or setup has begun.

Required Waiver and Rental Agreement

A signed waiver/rental agreement is required after booking and before delivery or setup.

The waiver requires the customer’s Booqable order number and must be completed after the reservation is placed.

An order will not be delivered or set up until:

• The required payment has been completed
• The waiver has been submitted
• The rental terms have been accepted

Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends at the times shown in the customer’s order or confirmed by Bash & Splash FL.

Delivery and pickup times may be provided as scheduling windows rather than exact appointment times. Customers must ensure that the setup area is ready and accessible during the confirmed delivery and pickup windows.

Depending on inflatable availability, delivery routes, and weekend scheduling, some weekend inflatable rentals may be delivered as early as Friday and picked up as late as Sunday.

Early delivery or extended pickup does not change the agreed rental price unless otherwise stated.

Customers will be notified when an early delivery or later pickup is planned.

Rental equipment must remain supervised, secured, protected, and accessible for pickup during the entire time it is in the customer’s possession.

Keeping equipment beyond the confirmed pickup time without prior approval may result in additional rental, retrieval, or late fees.

Delivery and Pickup

A customer or authorized adult must be present for delivery and pickup unless another arrangement has been approved.

The customer must provide accurate information regarding:

• The delivery and event address
• Gates and access widths
• Stairs, elevators, slopes, and long carrying distances
• Parking or vehicle-access restrictions
• Surface type
• Setup space
• Required pickup times
• Park, venue, or homeowners association requirements

Equipment must remain accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

Additional charges may apply when pickup or delivery is delayed because of customer unavailability, locked gates, blocked access, unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, or equipment that is not ready for pickup.

Setup Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing sufficient space and safe access for installation.

The setup area must be clear of:

• Debris and pet waste
• Rocks, holes, and sharp objects
• Low-hanging branches
• Sprinkler heads
• Underground hazards
• Vehicles, furniture, and other obstructions

Safe electrical power and water access must be available when required for the rented equipment.

Bash & Splash FL may refuse setup when a location is unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable, or likely to cause equipment or property damage.

Underground Utilities and Sprinklers

Customers must identify or mark underground utilities, irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, septic systems, drain fields, invisible fences, landscape lighting, and other underground items before setup.

Bash & Splash FL is not responsible for damage to underground items that were not properly identified or marked before installation.

Supervision and Safe Use

A responsible adult must supervise rental equipment at all times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that participants follow all posted rules and instructions provided by Bash & Splash FL.

Customers may not move, relocate, reposition, alter, deflate, unplug, or tamper with equipment after setup without authorization.

Inflatables and electrical equipment must not be used during high winds, lightning, thunderstorms, or other unsafe conditions.

Equipment Care and Damage

Customers are responsible for rental equipment from delivery until pickup.

Cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning caused by:

• Misuse or negligence
• Unauthorized movement
• Pets
• Fireworks
• Silly string
• Face paint
• Glitter or confetti
• Smoking
• Food, beverages, gum, or candy
• Stains or excessive dirt
• Failure to follow safety instructions

Damage, malfunction, or unsafe conditions must be reported to Bash & Splash FL immediately.

Customers should not attempt to repair rental equipment themselves.

Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts, including HERO10, may be limited to eligible inflatable rentals.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounts do not apply to:

• Concession machines
• Starter supplies
• Backyard games
• Tables and chairs
• Party packages
• Delivery or setup charges
• Taxes or other fees

HERO10 is reserved for eligible first responders and military customers. Valid eligibility documentation may be required after booking or before delivery.

When acceptable documentation is not provided, the discount may be removed and the corrected balance must be paid before delivery or setup.

Taxes, Fees, and Additional Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, delivery charges, setup charges, cleaning charges, damage charges, missing-item fees, replacement expenses, and other charges associated with the order.

Applicable order charges will be displayed during checkout, provided in the order confirmation, or invoiced when damage, loss, additional cleaning, or other post-rental expenses occur.

The signed waiver/rental agreement, checkout Terms and Conditions, order confirmation, invoice, and equipment-specific instructions also apply to every reservation.

Where this summary differs from the complete checkout Terms and Conditions or signed rental agreement, the complete Terms and Conditions and signed agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
